Danyel Young established a proven track record, began with "DPT Staffing Agency" in 2002 - a one women consulting firm - and growing it to a multi-million-dollar business with an annual recurring revenue of $2.5MM. Partnering with Fortune 100 & 500 businesses, Danyel's venture, as a woman and minority-owned business, proves that you don't have to settle for less if you want to achieve success for your business. With over 20 years of experience working Human Resources for companies like: Facebook (Tech), Allstate Insurance Corporation (Insurance), Sears Holdings (Retail) & Marketing Agencies (B2C/B2B), Danyel has a unique perspective on business that's been confirmed time & time again.
Danyel Young is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive academic background. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Logistics from the renowned Alabama A&M University, as well as holds two Master's Degrees in Human Resources Management and Project Management.
In addition to her academic achievements, Danyel leads a fulfilling personal life in the suburbs of Dallas, TX, where she resides with her loving husband, three children, and beloved black lab
